COMINSUD and the rest of the Humanitarian body in the North West Region of Cameroon have drawn the curtains on 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence 2024. The event concluded Tuesday December 10, with important take-home messages for organizations, community leaders, government stakeholders and the general public. Prominent was the announcement of hotline number, 1523, for reporting any cases of Gender-Based Violence (GBV).
The President of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIFA) announced plans to engage men and boys in society, collaborating with traditional authorities, religious leaders, government entities, and international organizations to combat GBV.
